Digital painting is painting with light. With applications such as Tagtool  for iPad (for projected animations),  Forge of Neon , Procreate , Dynamapper and Inspire Pro(for both iPad and iPhone) ,  clients can further engage in self-expression using new technology. These programs are very easy / intuitive to use and offer a myriad of expressive choices for all ages and abilities.
